Pay for referral of HVAC guy

I'm willing to pay someone $50 if they can refer me to an HVAC guy and I hire him for a small job. I'm personally swapping out a 2 ton package heat pump and my brother (licensed HVAC guy) was planning on coming to town to check everything over and sign off on it. Baby came early and he isn't leaving Asheville for a while. I need a licensed HVAC guy because their qualifications allow the unit to be registered and thus ensures the unit has a warranty. In addition, their signature allows me to apply for a rebate from Dominion Energy. So if anyone knows a licensed HVAC guy who might be able to take a look at everything one evening or weekend I will pay them upwards of $150 an hour. If you refer me to him and I hire him I will also pay you $50 for simply giving me his number. Located in the old village area of mount pleasant
