Join us for our very popular and special oyster class! Learn the ins and outs of oyster shucking, condiment pairing, and a multitude of other oyster facts.
In addition to learning how to shuck, we work to teach you to recognize the flavor differences between East & West Coast oyster varieties. We’ll also walk you through the best ways to approach cooking oysters in several different classic dishes like Oysters Rockefeller, Oyster Po-boys, and more!
This class also includes a free take-home oyster knife for all your upcoming shucking needs and BYOB is allowed.
Classes are subject to cancelation. Minimum of 12 participants required in order to hold classes. Classes are non-refundable and not available to transfer to other events, unless canceled by the host.
