Press release from the City of Tulsa: May 24, 2022 Beat the summer heat at a Tulsa Parks water playground or splash pad. The playgrounds and splash pads are now open to Tulsa residents and their families daily, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. However, some locations are closed due to ongoing park construction. Water playgrounds and splash pads that are currently closed for repairs are located at the following parks: Any closures and/or re-openings will be listed on the Tulsa Parks' social media channels and their website.
