We have a great weekend of events planned out. On Friday night, we will meet up and mingle at Quarterdeck (1035 SE 17th St) at 7 p.m. This is a cash bar event. On Saturday night, we have reserved the Riviera by Fabio Viviani at the Hotel Maren (525 S Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd) from 7 pm to 11 pm. The menu will be Passed Hors d'oeuvres featuring: Meatball Sliders with Fresh Ricotta Chicken Skewers with Pepperonata Goat Cheese and Red Wine Onion Tart Surf & Turf Skewers with Steak, Shrimp and a Calabrian Chili Emulsion Seared Wahoo Premium Open Bar service with Top Shelf Liquor, Specialty Cocktails, Upgraded Red & White Wines, Draft and Bottled Beers, along with Soft Drinks, Juices, Coffees and Teas. Tickets will be $100-$125 per person. Payment will be collected via Paypal, Venmo, Zelle or CashApp (Working on final numbers now). And we are feverously working to arrange a tour of the St Thomas Campus on Sunday morning.
