Saturday, June 11, 2022 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Instructor: Kasey Klein Time to fly, Butterfly…. Symbolism…joy, angels, fertility, rebirth, transformation, change, romance, playfulness, gracefulness, individuality, responsibility and more! In this class you will be given a stencil to prompt your wings. Our stencils are each hand drawn and cut from upcycled leather. You're always welcome to use or sketch what you desire. We will have metallic watercolors in a handmade ceramic palette, colors in image below. Your class also includes admission to the beautiful Leu Gardens to explore before or after your art class. Our workshop will be inside the beautiful class room together and hot tea or cold to accompany you on your morphing in the studio. Please feel free to bring a snack if you like and any creature comforts you need. Thank you, Kasey All supplies are included in the class fee.Kasey was born on the Space Coast of Melbourne, Florida. In 2002, she obtained her bachelor's degree at the University of Central Florida in Studio Art & Health Sciences. During Klein's final semester, she studied painting abroad at the College of Art in Edinburgh, Scotland. Klein's style reflects her unique view of her surroundings and love of nature. She loves to capture color, texture and composition to create a sense of dimension within each piece. Klein often compares painting to the "Art of Living Life". Each value, marking, or color adds to the story of its canvas & comes to life. Participants must withdraw from classes at least five days prior to the start of class in order to receive a full refund or credit. If we must cancel a class, we will make every effort to inform you prior to the class time, and you will receive a full refund or credit. Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
