Want small breed poodle mix

Loving family (couple) with no children, would like to have a mini poodle puppy /mini teddybear puppy/ or similar mix breed puppy. Minimum shedding and barking. No more than $300 as we don’t want to be scammed. I’m disappointed so many ads and breeders ask for unreasonably high price, ask for deposit before seeing puppy, but I just want something reasonable and give the puppy a good home to grow up with. I looked into adoption but most dogs are pit bulls at the adoption centers which isn’t our type. Prefer female poodle (mix) puppy from a good family with health records, no more than 20 pounds. Prefer local family(not commercial breeders) so we can visit.
