On May 9, 2022 the Wright County Parks Commission voted to update the cancellation and refund policy for campgrounds and shelters. The new policy is:
The refund policy for campgrounds is:
1. Cancellation 14 days in advance would be a penalty of $15 per site ($5 reservation fee plus $10)
2. Cancellation 7-13 days in advance would be a penalty of $20 per site ($5 reservation fee plus $15)
3. Cancellation 0-6 days in advance would be a penalty of $25 per site ($5 reservation fee plus $20)
The refund policy for shelter reservations is:
1. Cancellation of shelter reservation 48 hours in advance would be penalty of $10
2. Cancellation of shelter reservation less than 48 hours would be no refund
