Looking for experienced pool techs. We are a small pool company that is growing fast and need some quality techs to grow with us. We love to see our techs succeed and watch as they grow both personally and professionally along with us. Family like environment where we work hard so we can play hard. Experienced technicians preferred but will train someone with the right work ethic, attitude, and drive. Will provide all equipment and supplies. Routes are between 50-60 houses a week. Can put together smaller route for part-time if requested. Extra work on weekend (filter cleans-$40, repairs, extra pools) all additional pay Paid per pool. Rate depending on experience. An average between $700-1200/week depending on how much you’d like to do (consistently). Opportunities to advance. Will teach repairs to the right person. If you have a drive to learn and grow we will support you and show you how to reach your goals. Paid vacation after a year IMMEDIATE incentives to top performers (could be anywhere from extra cash to a week cruise with the owners, depending on impressiveness) Requirements: -RELIABLE, HONEST, DEPENDABLE -Must have valid drivers license. -Must have your own truck and smart phone -minimum 21years old -Excellent communication skills -Be able to self manage/ motivate -Be able to lift 50lbs+ -Be able to work outside for long periods -Mechanically inclined -Driven to succeed All routes in Northern part of town all close together. CAN START IMMEDIATELY *Also have an office administrator position available. Can work from home. Must be experienced with QuickBooks, Excel, scheduling. And have Excellent Customer Service.*
