Press release from the Solano County Library: May 24, 2022 Solano County Library branches are cooling centers during regular business hours. Visit solanolibrary.com for hours and locations. Per the California Department of Public Health, masks are required for all individuals in cooling centers, regardless of vaccination status. Please wear your mask when visiting Solano County Library branches. If you don't have one, a mask will be provided to you. The Vallejo Springstowne Library will NOT be a cooling center because of their broken AC. This branch will close at 12pm on Tuesday 5/24 and Wednesday 5/25 due to the expected heat.
