Parakeet - Male - Less than 2 Years old

I am looking to rehome a less than 2-year-old male parakeet. He is mostly yellow and black but has some green on his front side. He is fully flighted and not hand tame, but could easily be with someone that would work with him. Asking for a rehoming fee of $20 and will not come with a cage. but can include some toys and a small sampling of the food that he has been eating. Will meet in Frankfort only.
