Bob Cleans Windows has developed a reputation for exceeding customer expectations by providing top-level window cleaning services while maintaining a safe working environment. No longer the new kid on the block, we are looking to grow and serve a much larger client base in the Central Ohio area by hiring the best people we can. We currently have just one product, Window Cleaning, and we will continue to win clients over by executing at high levels day in and day out. Job Position Summary As a part-time professional window cleaning technician, you will be responsible for learning and executing all the skills necessary to clean windows at the highest standards for residential and commercial clients. Major Functions Window Cleaning Communication to management/customers throughout the workday Carrying Heavy Equipment (up to 75 lbs) Equipment Care and maintenance Customer Service Excellence Driving Work Vehicle Skills, Abilities & knowledge No experience required - we'll teach you Ability to stand and/or move for long periods Ability to safely set up heavy equipment as well as climb ladders and low pitched rooves Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers Ability to work alone Ability to work around animals and children Must be able to manage time effectively Must be able to work in ever-changing weather conditions year-round (except during lightning and severe downpours) Must be able to tolerate insects (dead and alive) Must pass a background check Must sign a Non-Complete Agreement Have a HIGH degree of integrity Have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, maintain motor vehicle insurance, and ability to drive larger vehicles Have reliable transportation (personal vehicle will rarely be used for work) Have a smartphone for texting, emailing, photographs, etc. Pay Pay starts at $15/hr plus tips. After a 3 week evaluation period, if passed, you will begin making bonuses and sharing tips. Benefits Never miss a Buckeye game! We don't work weekends!
