1/2" Wide Cut in Concrete Curb for Drainage

I have an underground drainage pipe that runs to the concrete curb. The curb currently has a has a small cut the help the water drain. It needs to be made larger to 4 inches deep and 1/2 inch wide. The cut will be made where 2 pieces of the curb connect. (See photo) If you have the tools to do this let me know your CASH price. I'm ready to get this done right away.
