Rehoming 5 yo cat

5 year old female cat, spayed. She’s very affectionate and talkative, but has strong boundaries around being touched in certain areas or ways. She gets anxious around other cats and is scared of dogs. She would probably not do well with children, due to her boundaries. She’s kind of crotchety in general, but is really very sweet, she just will bap if she doesn’t want to be touched. She is not confrontational. She loves to play with kicker toys and string toys, is litter box trained, and really loves to cuddle up at night. She’s a wonderful cat and I just can’t afford to keep her, her previous owner abandoned her on the street and I am trying to find someone who will not do that to her again. The ideal candidate would be someone patient who understands that cats have their own personalities, has no other pets, and loves lap cats and talkative cats. I am not asking for a rehoming fee, but I want to make really sure that you are a good fit before releasing her to anyone. Please email me if interested or if you have any questions!!
