Need a good carpenter Asap

Looking for 1good carpenters/ for tomorrow and future work if it works out ! Need them to know all phases of General construction/ ROOFING /windows/doors/trim/ building structures/ flooring/ TILE/ countertops / remodels/ finish work!!need to have reliable transportation with a reliable phone to communicate, own tools. Start time 8am sharp -5pm Monday- Friday/ weekly pay/ Saturdays are optional! please if you don’t have the experience don’t waste my time and won’t waste yours. I have a lot of work for the right persons.. I need someone that I can send to jobsite without me being there and knows what they are doing. Work is in all SEATTLE area/OLYMPIA also for the moment. I’m easy going and not a hard ass very understanding individual. Pay is depending of experience at the end of TRIAL PERIOD AFTER THAT we can talk about WAGES. Thanks
