We've re-opened the previous Renton Econolodge as the Renton OYO Hotel, and we're looking for team members that can do both front desk duties and cleaning duties (turning rooms, laundry, etc.).
You must be able to do the following:
- Taking out the trash (up to 20 pounds)
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Running Laundry
- Cleaning Toilets
- Answering the Phone
- Good with Mobile Apps
If this is you, you’ll be a good match for us:
- Punctuality. You are someone who takes being on time seriously. You come 5-10 minutes early, not 5-10 minutes late.
- Cleanliness. You are someone who loves cleaning. You can’t look over small details because it messes with you. You love to keep things looking nice and perfect.
- Team-player. You are willing to stay 30 minutes or even 60 minutes to cover the front desk for the next person. We didn’t say that you have to, but you are willing to. You are willing to go above and beyond for others because that’s who you are.
- Responsive. You reply to texts when you see them. You don’t reply when you think it’s convenient for yourself. You make sure to give people prompt updates and people aren’t wondering what you’re up to or where you are.
If you are this person, we would love to hear from you. We have part-time and full-time positions available. Please let me know if you have any cleaning/housekeeping and front-desk experience. We are very flexible and know that everyone can be trained up to do the job well.
Pay & Benefits:
- $18/hr or $19/hr DOE, $0.50 raise every 6 months up to $22/hr with managerial advancement to junior manager (up to $24/hr) and senior manager (up to $27/hr).
If full-time, these benefits are added in 30 days. We pay for:
- 75% of medical insurance (Kaiser Permanente Silver and/or Gold Plan)
- 100% of $50,000 life insurance
