Parts Associate will work internally with shop technicians, as well as outside shops, dealers, and vendors. Charges parts as required to specific unit numbers in the computer system. Supports Additional Locations with Orders, Shipments, and Technical Support concerning parts requests and needs. NOW OFFERING $500 SIGN-ON BONUS! This is a 12:30 to 9:00 pm shift. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Receives, packs, stocks and ships parts and various required materials. • Gains knowledge of and assists maintaining and stocking of internal inventory • Performs manual labor - such as lifting, pulling and pushing as required • Gains knowledge and carries out purchase order procedures in the digital inventory system • Learns and demonstrates the invoice to order reconciliations and physical inventory • Maintains regular and predictable attendance. • Receives and carries out instructions • Assists with receiving deliveries and shipping of parts to other locations KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Ability to read, write, talk, see and hear • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50-80 pounds as required. • Ability to gain knowledge of or possess use of a computer • Prior parts experience preferred!
