Earthlings needed for spacey project

Howdy! My name is Alex (Age: 27, Pronouns: He/Him, They/Them) and I just moved to Redmond from Arizona. I'm a multi-instrumentalist looking to put a band together to perform some tunes I've recorded over the past couple years. The current vibe is beachy and spacey, and I'm trying to delve deeper into jazz/funk fusion on the new album in the making. Improv and sound experimentation are also a big part of my music, so if you like improvising and spontaneity, this will be a great fit for you! I'm looking for literally anyone who's interested; no matter the instrument, there's a spot for you here! Multi-instrumentalists are appreciated. While I do have parts written, I greatly encourage the performer to make it their own and play in a way that's true to themself. Ideally, I'd like to put a larger sized ensemble together featuring strings, winds, and percussion in addition to the typical drums/bass/guitar/keys. Most of the tunes we will be playing are instrumental, but there are a few songs with vocals as well, so the ability to sing is a plus. Eventually, I’d like us to play shows regularly around the Seattle area, possibly go on tour, and cut a live record. I live in Redmond, so meeting for practice on the Eastside is preferred. I don't currently have a practice space, but I can definitely afford to book us a couple hours at Evolution Rehearsal Studios each or every other week to get us started.
