iPro Building Services is now hiring for a Night Time Supervisor for the Boardman/Hermiston/Umatilla area: The Night Time Supervisor coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of base. Applicants must have relative and recent experience. *Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the last 5 years. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Travel to various locations for quality control checks. · Plan and prepare employee work scheduled · Training and monitoring janitorial staff · Check equipment to ensure it is in working order. Ensure staff is fully trained to use the equipment. · Perform and assist with cleaning duties as necessary · Take inventory and order janitorial supplies · Responsible for directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. · Use discretion when discussing confidential information · Have a working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling and storing materials. Experience: 2 years of related experience and/or training in a managerial or supervisory role in a service-related industry Proficient computer and tablet skills including Microsoft Office and internet usage Knowledge of general chemicals and practices used in a janitorial setting Experience with janitorial equipment including automatic scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washers, strip/wax floors, carpet care, etc. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. This position requires traveling to different locations, must have a valid driver’s license. The ability to communicate effectively in English, and being bilingual is a plus. Must be eligible to work in the US, background check, drug testing Must have a clean driving record to be able to drive company vehicles
