General Contractors - GC - needed to help manage labor and materials for rehab projects all across Colorado (kitchen & bathroom remodels, basements, flooring, interior reconfiguration, etc.) Handyman - needed for lockouts, escrow repairs, odd and ends jobs. **** LOOIKING FOR LICENSED GCs, LICENSED PLUMBERS, and LICENSED ELETRICIANS**** ***This is a contractor position - must be able to invoice*** Real estate investment company is looking for individuals who can help us in the Denver Metro Area! We are looking for GCs! GCs - Needed to help manage labor and material for rehab projects such as kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, basements, interior reconfigurations, etc. However, we still would love to hear from people who can help us with Flooring (carpet, vinyl, tile, hardwood), HVAC, Plumbers, Painters, Sewer Scope, Sewer Repair, Draftsman, Handyman, Trash outs, etc. You MUST reply with a phone # and email.
