Elected officials and public servants. Why do they differ? I believe Bob that works for municipal trash removal deserves the same protections as Bill the politician who is held in such a higher regard and not only paid more and less essential to a society because he has not only the ability to grift and enable himself to move on as a lobbyist or consultant in private practice which Bob that was a hands on person on the streets is considered a joke yet we would turn our backs on a Bob that would be more essential in streamlining and cutting costs and waste in our government. Unless you are a private business owner how can anyone even at the lowest of all levels not seen the waste in huge corporations. They are one in the same.
