About Us Since 1984, Ranger Excavating has been the premier earth moving contractor.  With operations statewide and a heavy concentration of work in Central Texas.  Ranger Excavating works all year long, maintaining a roster of 75 – 100 active projects. What We Need Ranger Excavating is looking for a entry level and self-motivated and knowledgeable RV Fleet Maintenance Tech with attention to detail and safety standards to add to our continually growing and advancing fleet. All hourly rates are based on skill level and experience.  We primarily work Monday through Saturday, 60 - 70 hours a week. Some travel within Texas will be required.  Per diem and accommodations are provided based on project location.
