So I want to know your opinion at our local store a person apparently in management her name is Anne Heiden which after some checking is not her real name it is Mellissa Anne Heiden.I have been a customer since the store first opened and up to around a year ago when i first had the miss fortune of meeting her i had a positive feeling about the staff there but do to resent events I have decided to take my business else were i was present when she became combative with the cashier which i learned was a veteran that currently suffers from ptsd she was doing everything possible to provoke him this is not the first time I have had to witness this behavior from her but with speaking to my church and other members of our community many of us have decided it will be the last if this behavior is what Tractor Supply feels is the right way to conduct themselves maybe it is time for them to move on we all have come to an agreement and we will take our business back to our local farm store because if they dont care about the people that work for them then they dont care about the people spending there hard earned money there The people in management should be ashamed of the way they conduct themselves I have spoken to the store manager in the past about a similar instance with the same person to see her here after the outrageous behavior has left me sick to my stomached that i ever spent my money there my 2,000 a month may not matter but that and the rest of us that will no longer support this kind of business in our community well that might matter Tammi I was proud to know you but now i am embarrassed that i ever spoke such kind things about you.
