Hello. My Husband and I are looking to hire a live in housekeeper / companion in exchange for free room and board, plus part time pay. We are offering: 1. All utilities; gas, water, internet, TV in your room. 2. Free on-site laundry 3. House supplies soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. 4. Private Furnished Room 5. Free boarding 6. Lots of free time 7. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, and oven. You can use everything, just have to clean after yourself. 8. We have a very nice yard and a hot jacuzzi. Beautiful neighborhood. Lots of parks. Friendly people. We have a small older dog. CONDITIONS: No drug users, no long term homeless, no felons, no thief, no pets, no smoking. Single Must be in the house every night to sleep, One person, Fragrance free - No fragrances due to allergies. Ideal candidate: Clean, clean, in general, clean person! You don't need to have the experience, but are willing to learn. Friendly but professional, with no attitude. No partying, not inviting people over every night. No pets. Responsible, prefer if you have good credit. Someone that works from home. Clean, did I mention clean? Must be vaccinated and have proof, must speak English. You would be required to: All aspects of housekeeping. Clean, laundry, cook, shop, errands, drive, and anything else required to run a home. In addition to all the above, you would receive $950.00 per month thru payroll.
