Skilled Carpenter / Worker for Deck Building

We are looking for a good carpenter / worker to help with deck building - $25 to $35 per hour to start depending on skill level and experience. Must have DEPENDABLE transportation (i.e. a car, not public transit) and the ability to show up and do good work. Please reply with a description of your experience.
