Description
Local Company seeking employee to help with residential renovations. Candidate must have basic experience in all phases of residential construction (carpentry, minor plumbing and electric, drywall, painting, tiling etc.). Looking for a logical person who is a problem solver and has the ability to work through many different tasks from rough to finish construction.
Must have the following qualifications:
• Has previous experience in interior remodeling, min. 5 yrs.
• Has basic knowledge of framing, sheet rock, taping, spackling, caulking, painting, and flooring. Also plumbing and electric
• Be highly skilled at rough and finish carpentry
• Physically able to do manual labor including lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Has own transportation and some hand tools.
This is a full-time job.
