Details: - Job will consist of mostly property clean up currently. Clean up includes picking up and hauling trash to dumpster Requirements: - Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. or more - Must have reliable transportation - Must be flexible on schedule - Previous maintenance* and remodeling** experience preferred but not required. - If little/no experience, must be teachable and willing to learn. This is a fast-paced work environment with people who are very work-oriented and driven. Work ethic, productivity and motivation is key. This is a manual labor job, so being able to handle such is important. *Maintenance experience would be primarily plumbing and electrical repair, but can consist of other property maintenance. **Remodeling experience would be primarily sub floors, flooring, drywall. Experience with more types of remodeling is welcome.
