Mower Repairman Needed

I have a Craftsman T3000 Mower that is in need of servicing. I replaced belts, oil and filters on the mower, but it still stalls and loses power when driving up hills. I'm guessing it is some sort of a transmission problem. Please contact me if you are able to service? Thank you
