BILLING AND WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
The largest family owned Auto Glass Company in Arizona is looking to hire a Warehouse Administrative Assistant. Our main goal is to provide great auto glass services to customers throughout the valley and beyond. This is a full-time position with a requirement to work on Saturdays, working in the warehouse.
JOB DUTIES
· Handle and organize the previous days incoming paperwork from the installers.
· Track returned parts, paperwork, and cash not turned in from previous days jobs.
· Prepare paperwork for billing department.
· Process invoices to send off to insurance companies.
· Simple data entry entering part numbers and cost into billing system.
· Some filing will be done in spare time.
Schedule
Be available Monday- Saturday 5:00am to 1:30pm (rotating every other Saturday)
Pay
Starting at $18.00 per hour with a 90-day review
