Punch list / Service Techs. (Honey Brook) compensation: Based on experience.hourly rate employment type: full-time job title: Punch List service techs My company works for two of the country’s largest home builders in the country.I am looking for subcontractors /or [possible employment]with punch list experience in new home construction detailing new homes.We install appliances which means minor electrical.plumbing also miscellaneous carpentry and drywall repairs,wood fill damaged trim,caulking, and even painting.What ever the builder needs to get the house ready for the buyers.{you need to be able to have all these skills}. NEED to work minimum 40 hrs!!!! The builders developments are in the Philly suburb
