Handyman for retail stores in the Houston and surrounding area: -- Aluminum Commercial Door repair and adjustments. -- Commercial flooring / ceiling install and repair -- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, drywall, painting, doors and cabinets. -- General carpentry and painting. -- Lighting replacement and repair. -- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned. -- On Call hours are required. -- Complete estimates and submit to supervisor. -- Ability to communicate in written form. -- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors and fellow employees. -- Follow company policies. -- Ability to lift, push and or pull 75+ pounds occasionally. -- Special projects and other responsibilities. -- Must have dependable vehicle. -- Excellent troubleshooting skills. -- Must be ready to learn new skills and think through challenges. -- Clean criminal background (no felonies within the past 7 years). -- Valid Texas Driver's license with a good driving record (No DWI's within the past 6 years) -- Dispatch to job location from home. -- Job type: full time - 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift, On call, Weekend availability MUST SEND RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION.
