Need handyman in Lake Elsinore

We manage a four plex in old town Lake Elsinore. Near main and graham street. We need a handyman that lives near by and can handle all different types of handyman skills. Electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, counter top install, cabinet repair, tile repair, tenant eviction clean up, etc. Must have your own tools ( We dont buy tools) and own transportation. I would like to establish a long standing working relationship with you. We dont need a handyman at all times but when I do need someone to fix broken items, please come same day for repairs. Must accept Venmo so I can forword money for materials and labor. Must take before and after pics of the improvement. Will pay $30.00 per hour. Call Christine at 909.936.5380
