Have you heard about Tai Chi and wanted to find some balance in your life? Join us for a 6-class exercise program to improve mobility, mental focus, and muscle strength. The classes are free, and no experience or special clothing is required. The class can be adapted to all levels of mobility. Presented by Judy Safarewitz Senior Trainer Tai Chi for Health Institute.
This class will be held at the Joel D. Valdez Main Library, in the Lower Level Meeting Room. No registration required.
