Property Management Company looking for maintenance person to assist in property maintenance. Small repair jobs. Small painting jobs. Cleaning windows. Cleaning dryer vents and common areas of residential homes. Moving furniture as needed. Gutter cleaning. Typical work week Monday through Friday 9 to 4. Maybe some nights and weekends as needed. Non-smoker preferred. Must have own transportation, truck preferred. Have your own tools. Starting pay $15-20/hour (Negotiable). 1099 position.
