Pomeranian chihuahua mix needs a good home

I have a 5 year old pomeranian chihuahua mix who needs a forever home. He is fixed, up to date on shots and house broken. He has belonged to my grandmother his whole life but she is going into a nursing home next week and needs a home for her dog ASAP. He is extremely friendly and gets along with other animals. I cannot keep him due to myself having an 85lb German Shep. and 3 cats. Please if you or anyone you know that can please give this sweet guy a home please contact me.
