Greetings! Contact Design (dba Survey Feeds) is a nationwide, healthcare human factors research organization that connects qualified individuals with our clients to discuss medical treatments and experiences. We are conducting paid, in-person interviews in June. We are looking for participants for a study to help improve methods for the administration of treatments for patients with certain chronic conditions. If you agree to participate in the interview, you will interact with and provide your feedback on a healthcare product This is NOT a drug trial. The research is to keep up with the needs and preferences of patients, and we are very interested in your comments. Any information about you, any medical condition or treatment, will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. Interviews will be conducted in Schaumburg, IL, on the week of June 6th. The test session will be 120 minutes in length: the first 60 minutes you’ll be required to take a rapid COVID-19 test and then the second 60 minutes will be your participation in our study.
