Position Summary: Being a creative design studio and a manufacturer, there are a lot of moving parts. As a Fulfillment Operations Team Member, you will interact with multiple departments - from assisting with production, shipping and general day-to-day operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist with scheduling, processing invoices/billing, ordering supplies. • Contribute to improving quality and efficiency in our manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Provide general customer service and assist the Operations Manager with the processing of orders and deliveries. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • A successful applicant must be diligent, responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working closely and communicating with others in the team. • Demonstrating a strong work ethic while being flexible and showing resourcefulness. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
