Project Management Essentials In-Person Training Join us for Project Management Essentials! This two-day training teaches the mechanics of effective project management, how to get people onboard, and achieve successful results. Participants can expect to be fully engaged while learning and applying a step by step approach to help reduce the risk and uncertainty associated with project completion. This training is designed for people who contribute to projects, currently lead projects, or are looking to grow into a project management role. This course is designed for those who are looking to learn the fundamentals of project management, or experienced project managers that are looking for a refresher on the core concepts. The content in this training is based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI)® standards and knowledge areas. Those who attend this course are eligible for 16 PDUs (professional development units) to apply towards Continuing Certification Requirements, or this course can be applied as 16 hours of project management education towards PMP® or CAPM® certifications. This course is not specifically designed as a certification preparation course, but the content covered will match closely with the PMP® or CAPM® exams.
