(Indiana) Locally owned commercial cleaning Co. looking for Sub-contractor(s) in Indianapolis and surrounding areas to perform scheduled routine floor care and can provide Janitorial services upon request. We ask that all sub-contractor(s) have at least 3 yrs of experience and have the equipment to provide the following services. 1-Routine Wet floor work: Stripping & Waxing, Scrub & Recoating, Sweep Mop & Buffing services, and Carpet cleaning. 2-Project Work 3-Office Cleaning 4- Emergency cleaning Projects.
