Searching for a kind person who has knowledge about Resources in San Diego useful for a Senior that has few connections or assistance. Info about transportation, shopping, help with appts., organizational and the like. Person has difficulty most days being held back by pain, so looking for ways to navigate thru life best way possible. No family available, and too few friends that are available either. Would appreciate any info you may have that could be helpful. I'm merely requesting suggestions only. Just need to be pointed in right directions that can lead me to some assistance.
