Black and White Papillon/Long Haired Chihuahua mix. Lost on May 4th on I 70 East toward Indianapolis. He may have wandered far to get away from the noise. I’m not sure of the exact location, Somewhere between Monrovia and Ronald Reagan Highway. He may be hiding during the day and eating food he finds at night. He’s very shy and afraid to let strangers pick him up. He is treat motivated so can be lured into a crate or kennel. Last seen he was wearing a harness with a handle on the back for picking him up. He is a rescue who needs to return too his forever home.
