Rehoming a Papillon/Dachshund mix

Lola is a 13yo Papillon/Dachshund mix. She's 20 lbs. She was adopted from Animal Haven in NYC when she was 5. She's timid at first but once she warms up to you, she'll stick around for snuggles and scratches. She's very energetic and needs moderate exercise. She does well with other pets but would prefer being alone. She's lived with my other dog (Lab/Shepherd mix, 40 lbs) for 5 years and they get along great. She's good with children and gets along with my 2 year old. My 2 year old loves her but due to a severe allergy to dogs, we cannot keep her any longer.
