Languages required: Both English and Spanish (Bilingual) Location: Tampa Working Hours: 40 across Monday to Friday 9am-6pm Our Ultim8 Tampa Cleaning Company is rapidly expanding and as a result, we are searching for a Team Leader to oversee, develop and train our existing and new cleaning professionals to maintain the high standards and excellent work ethic our company is built on. You will be responsible for ensuring the team follows proven guidelines, procedures, and checklists as well as helping to resolve daily issues from the cleaning professionals (locating buildings, entry into homes, door codes etc.). You will be required to perform these tasks while also having an active role in cleaning houses and apartments. Responsibilities Ultim8 team leaders have overall responsibility for the day-to-day cleaning operations, so you are still expected to undertake cleaning tasks throughout the day but have additional responsibility to supervise the cleaners in our team. • Ensure the team start the day on time and are at their bookings on time • Check on the team throughout the day • Teach the team best practices and cleaning methods while following our checklists and guidelines • Communicate with your manager and our customer service department with any issues that you or the team have • Assist with cleaning product and equipment choices • Assist with interviewing new cleaning professionals • Meet with management on a regular basis for progress check About you 3+ years’ experience working in a similar residential cleaning company (Hotel or Hospital cleaners need NOT apply. House cleaners only please) Own transport for daily use (Gas reimbursed) Self-motivated Good attendance Good punctuality A desire to grow within a new company Right to work in the United States Speak English and Spanish Live in or close to Tampa About us A family business that started in 2020, during Covid and has grown stronger ever since, building a great reputation and relationships with our customers and team.
