Building a writers' workshop! Seeking writers!

I've been bellyaching about not having a writing community in Los Angeles for ages, so I figured I'd just try to make one myself! I'm looking for four or five dedicated fiction writers who are interested in a likeminded critique group. I'm really missing the productivity of my college writing workshops, so if you have any experience with those kinds of groups, holler! A bit about me: My name is Katie—I'm a 30-something data analyst by day and a fiction writer by night. I've had two short stories published, one in The Rumpus this past spring and another in Midnight Breakfast last spring. I've written seven novels, most of them bad, and have been working to get one of them published for some time now. I'm un-agented and hungry!
