Found Merrell Hiking Boots

Found a pair of Merrell Phaser Peak hiking boots while walking my dog this morning. They were semi-wrapped up in a bag and I am guessing they were stolen from someones car and then ditched. If you can tell me the size and gender of the boot they are yours.
