Become a Foster Parent! Make a difference in the life of a child. Service Alternatives contracts with the state of Washington to license and support treatment foster parents. Treatment foster care is specifically for children between the ages of 6 and 18 years old who require some additional support in order to work through the trauma they have experienced and learn new skills. The support we provide includes case management, staff who work with the child on a regular basis, 24/7 support from staff, monthly respite, monthly financial reimbursement, a team approach, and a licenser to guide you through the licensing process.
