*Porsche Mechanic Needed* Electrical Issue!

I have a 2006 Porsche Cayenne S that has a No Crank/No start issue that was due to the faulty starter. Fast forward 2 weeks NEW STARTER and coolant pipes have been changed. Car was running for 2 days perfectly. Go to start my car for work Monday NO CRANK/NO START AGAIN!! I am frustrated and tired of dealing with this problem. IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE DRIVER SIDE WET CARPET/WIRING SPLICES GOING BAD ISSUE. So unless you know what I am talking about and have FIXED THIS PROBLEM IN REGARDS TO THESE ELECTRICAL SYMPTONS? Do not respond to this post NO TIME OR PATIENCE FOR GUESS WORK WITH NO EXPERIENCE WITH 955 CAYENNE. Must have Durametric or Professional Scan Tool and know how to diagnose and fix Porsche Electrical.
