Has everyone forgotten the intent of the 2nd Amendment? It's there to INSURE citizens can challenge and overthrow a tyrannical government. Obviously that ship has sailed, but the intent still lives on - until the anti-American liberals overturn the 2nd Amendment.
As far as I'm concerned, EVERY citizen has a responsibility to own and maintain a weapon to oppose an out of control government. And from the looks of things we're pretty darn close to that. If you can't safely poses a weapon, maybe you shouldn't live in this country.
