Simple yard work/clean-up needed

I have a stone edge lake front area that is getting weeds in it and needs to have the leaves and debris pulled out from over the winter. Manual labor needed to pick out the leaves, pull the weeds and rake up the muck. Debris haul away is needed as well. If this goes well, will have many other yard jobs that need to be done.
