Description
Odin truly is a good boy, but we are figuring out that we didn’t have enough time for him, and his behaviors are reflecting that. We got Odin when he was 6 weeks old and we had a 2 month old baby. He needs someone who can work with him and train him, he is very smart. he seems to have a dominant aggressive personality. He’s not a mean dog, but he has dominant traits and will push limits with someone if they allow it. He loves to play fetch and tug of war is his favorite. Our young son has grown up with Odin, and he is excellent with him. Unfortunately our sons allergies to the dogs continue to get worse instead of better- and we are left with no choice but to get rid of our dogs. Odin is an intact 19 month old puppy who weighs around 160-175lbs. He is one month late on a rabies booster, otherwise he is up to date on his vaccinations. Odin should probably go to a home where he is by himself versus other animals, he lives with another intact male- but he’s a bully to him. Not aggressive- but a bully. Odin never has accidents inside- longest time left alone about 7 hours. He needs room to run and play, he loves to run around the back yard. He loves outside although he is an indoor dog. He is a puppy still, so he is excited when people come over and when he gets to go bye bye. He needs direction and where he is right now with behaviors- we think it’s correctable with training. We can’t keep them any longer so we are hoping to find Odin a home. He is a good boy, but he’s got some dominance issues. Odin sits, lays down, gives fives, takes treats “nice” and understands commands such as, out of the kitchen. Serious inquires only. Thank you!
