Webster Associates is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician - entry level or skilled. To work full time on site at our client’s Greeley facility maintaining facility Air Handlers, Fans, HVAC systems, and other work customer requires. This is a full time hourly position with benefits after 90 day of employment. Qualified individual must have a clean driving record, experience with air handling equipment, understanding of inventory management, and strong work ethic. Forklift and Telehandler certified or previous experience operating equipment is a plus. Individual will be responsible for daily site activities and direction from immediate supervisor from Company and Client. Individual will work with clients Maintenance staff on a daily basis and report to Company management of activities. Additional work may be required in the services group performing general installation and maintenance activities on projects in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and North/South Dakota. All travel expenses, food, housing etc. will be provided by Company. Travel is estimated to be less than 10% of the time. You must be a hard worker, organized, and a self motivator to get work done without hourly management oversight. Position requires mildly heavy lifting and outdoor work for a fair amount of time. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Install filters and maintain air handlers Perform inventory counts weekly Offload deliveries and work with 55’ lift to place filters on roof Work as liaison between our staff and the clients staff Help advance the service program CORE COMPETENCIES / SKILLS NEEDED Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner Problem solving mindset Punctuality, time management, and the ability to work independently Driver's license and clean MVR Must live in close proximity to the Greely area Ability to lift 50 lbs.
